"Intergalactic lawsuit"

Films: AVH-Alien Vs. Hunter (2007)

Alias: None

Type: Natural (Hunter), Alien (Alie

Location: Forest/Civilized Area

Height/Weight: Ranges from that of an average human to that of a small car.

Affiliation: Neutral

Summary: For the brave Yautja, the hunt is all that matters, and anyone who tries to stop it is a casualty. For the savage Xenomorph, it is all about survival of the species. For these two wannabes, who really cares?!

History: One day, a spacecraft crashed into the nearby forest. As it turns out, a monstrous spider-like alien was the occupant, and it set out killing everything. But it was hardly the only thing on arrival. An armored hunter is on its trail, and it too doesn't care who gets in its way.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: After the alien and hunter come to blows every now and then, a guy uses one of the latter's weapons to obliterate the former. The hunter leaves, but not before revealing on its ship that it's a human man, and apparently this was an alternate Earth. WHAT?!

Powers/Abilities: None.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 3-Let's pretend that no z-grade CGI was utilized. Let's instead focus on how terrifying the alien looks in close-ups. Sure, it's a total Xeno rip-off, but it’s not a bad one either. The big teeth and mantis-like features are a nice touch. The hunter is also fairly intimidating, if not a bit silly with his mushroom-shaped armor. Also, the reveal causes a lot of fear to deflate a bit.

Trivia: -Once again, we have an Asylum film that tried to release a mockbuster very early before the film it was aping. In this case obviously, "Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem". It didn't work.

-The alien takes ques appearance-wise from the Driders, monsters with the upper halves of Dark Elves and lower halves of spiders that appear in the "Dungeons and Dragons" role-playing games.

Because calling it a Battlefield would just remind us of old wounds.

These hitchhikers are getting more and more unstable!

Um...nice abdomen.
So...that's how he/she sees?

"Be vewy vewy quiet. I'm hunting monstews! Heheheheh!"

"I knew I should have packed a bear trap!"
Yeah, they're either going to die or their careers are dying.

For once, the city is spared the usual extraterrestrial spat.
